Hi, I’m Elen Santos Fogarty. I was born in Brazil and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts. I am a licensed Esthetician with over 15 years of experience, including 13 years with European Wax Center, where I began my career as a Wax Specialist and worked my way up to managing one of the busiest locations in the Greater Boston area. After two years in management, I realized how much I missed working hands-on with my regular guests and perfecting my craft. I chose to return to what I love most — waxing — and continued my career as a Senior Wax Specialist, focusing on precision, comfort, and exceptional results. I specialize in waxing for both women and men, including pregnancy-safe waxing services, and I’m known for my efficient 10-minute Brazilian waxes without compromising quality or care. Creating a comfortable, judgment-free experience for every guest is always my top priority. After relocating to Colchester, Connecticut with my lovely family, I knew it was time to take the next step and create something of my own. That dream became The Brazilian Wax Studio — a welcoming, professional space dedicated to high-quality waxing services and personalized care.

Time is precious and at The Brazilian Wax Studio, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations, reschedules, or changes. No-Show Policy An appointment is considered a NO SHOW if: • Less than 2 hours’ notice is given to cancel or reschedule, or • The guest does not arrive once the reservation time has begun No-show fees are applied as follows: • First no-show: guest will receive a warning that will be noted on their profile • Second no-show: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent through our booking system and must be paid prior to booking or receiving future services. • Third no-show: Online booking privileges will be revoked; future appointments must be booked as walk-ins only
